Shekh-ul-Hadees Allama Hafiz Khadim Hussain Rizvi is the Founder & 1st Ameer of TLP.
Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi was born in 1966 in the Pindigheb area of Attock District, Punjab. His brother, Ameer Hussain, is a retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from Pakistan Army.
He started Hifz-e-Quran class in Jhelum. Further, after that he took admission in Jamia Nizamia, Lahore. He is a Hafiz-e-Quran and Sheikh-ul-Hadees. He delivered Friday sermons at Lahore's Pir Makki Masjid while in the Punjab Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department. He then kicked the Auqaf job when he was asked not to talk on Namoos-e-Risalat ﷺ and Khatm-e-Nabuwwat ﷺ. He was very firm on this stance from the very beginning.
Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi
He was fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic and Persian, he was known for his speeches in the defense of Namoos-e-Risalat ﷺ and Khatm-e-Nabuwwat ﷺ, and apart from the Quran and Hadees, he was very much loved for heavily quoting the poetry of Alahazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Barelvi and Allama Muhammad Iqbal, whom he considered to be his main influences. He was called "Ameer-ul-Mujahideen" for all his hardwork and sacrifices for Namoos-e-Risalat ﷺ and Khatm-e-Nabuwwat ﷺ.
He was also called "Baba Jee", "Ustaad Sahab" and "Rizvi Sahab" in love by his lovers and followers.
Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi wrote so many books, some of which are:

On 19 November 2020, Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi was at his madrassa on Multan Road when his condition deteriorated on Thursday evening. He was immediately rushed to the Farooq Hospital in Allama Iqbal Town area of Lahore after collapsing. Upon reaching the hospital, he was pronounced dead on arrival. He was later taken to Shaikh Zayed Hospital, where he was declared dead at 8:48pm.
The news of his Demise:
The news of his demise fell on his millions of followers as lightning. Everyone was in absolute shock, no one was able to accept this heart wrenching news for first few hours. Thousands of TLP workers gathered immediately outside his Mosque. Everyone was crying on the demise of their beloved leader Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi.
Funeral Prayers
Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi's funeral prayers were announced to be held at Minar-e-Pakistan on Saturday 21 November 2020. Countless number of people travelled to Lahore to attend his funeral prayers.
Next day on Saturday 21 November 2020, his funeral prayers were held at the Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore and were led by his elder son Allama Saad Hussain Rizvi.
17,500,000 people (1 Crore 75 Lacs) people attended his funeral:
According to A New Zealand Media report, more than 17,500,000 people (1 Crore 75 Lacs) people attended his funeral. It was by far, the largest funeral gathering of the world.
Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi was later buried inside a small room of his Madrassah Abuzar Ghaffari, associated with Rehmatul Lil Alameen mosque.
The TLP Board of Directors appointed Allama Saad Hussain Rizvi as the new Ameer of TLP on 21 November 2020.
More than 17,500,000 people (1 crore 75 lacs) people in funeral prayers took oath to Allama Saad Hussain Rizvi to keep participating in the “Rizvi Mission” to protect Namoos-e-Risalat ﷺ and Khatm-e-Nabuwwat ﷺ.
